On November 29, Secretary Wang Ning of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee visited Yunnan Tongwei. He was accompanied by Qiu Jiang, member and Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee, Yang Jun, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee of Baoshan, and Hong Weizhi, Mayor of Baoshan. Secretary Wang Ning and his colleagues visited the Digital Experience Center and production area of the company, received the reports on safety and environment management, production process, energy consumption index, output value, tax payment, employees welfare, Phase II planning, project progress, schedule control, electric power support and other aspects of the company, learned about the excellent corporate culture, advanced management philosophy and sagacious development strategy of Tongwei, highly praised the garden-style factory, safety management system and technological innovation of Yunnan Tongwei, and stated that enterprises like Yunnan Tongwei will be given strong support.

Secretary Wang Ning stressed that we must carefully heed the instructions of the the 20th National Congress of CPC, faithfully implement the work plans made by the 3rd plenary session of the 11th Provincial Committee and continue to take development as the highest priority, and also stated that the local investment promotion efforts must focus on creating an open, transparent and fair business environment for the enterprises so that the enterprises can achieve mutual benefit and win-win result. He expressed the hope that Tongwei will install local R&D branches, intensify technological innovation and continue to contribute to Yunnan's development strategy of "extend, supplement and strengthen the industry chain".
